Laundry Room and Office

To support the City of Los Angeles’ “house the homeless initiative,” we provided a 40ft modular unit that serves as both an administrative office and a commercial-grade laundry facility. Half of the container houses six commercial washers and dryers, along with mop and laundry sinks, while the other half offers a 150sf air-conditioned office space.
